

BALLET INTENSIVE PROGRAM
BIP is a part of the educational journey of Asian Grand Prix International Ballet Competition. It aims to offer high quality of intensive dance education to young dancers. Students have the opportunities to learn from a group of experienced international teachers and perform at a Graduation Performance to present and celebrate a week of learning.
AGP Ballet Intensive Program (BIP) is an educational program for young dancers to learn from master teachers and perform on stage.

BIP is a 6-day ballet class program. Students will learn from international tutors, and receive a certificate at the Graduation Ceremony.
Age, Levels and Fee
BIP is for dancers of all nationalities age 7 to age 23. Age is defined on 1 August, 2023. There are five levels for different age groups. Teachers may adjust the class level for the students according to their ability.

Tutors
BIP Tutors consist of international dance educators and experts.
Registration
Registration opens on 1 st March 2023, Hong Kong time. Registration closes once the quota is full.
Acceptance is on a first‐come‐first‐serve basis.
Participants must fill in required information, and settle the registration fee by credit card transaction at online registration.
Registration fee is non-refundable.
AGP reserves the right to deny any registration at its discretion.
Travel Arrangements
Travel visa, expenses to attend BIP, and insurance against accidents, injury, illness and theft, are at participants’ own cost and responsibility.
Attendance of Class, Stage Performance and Seminars
To obtain a BIP certificate, participants are required to attend at least 80% of classes and participate in the Graduation Performance.
The Right of Photographs, Visual and Audio Recording
AGP arranges official photographers and videographers to record BIP activities. AGP owns the right to all photographs, visual and audio recording of the performance and participation of participants during BIP. Participants agree to waive all rights to all recordings made by AGP or by any authorized third party on behalf of AGP, and allow such recordings to be used by AGP or authorized sponsors and third party for any form of promotional and commercial purpose.
Photography and video filming are not allowed unless authorized by AGP. Offenders may be required to leave the venue.
Legal Responsibility
AAll candidates and participants must agree to indemnify AGP from any legal action and/or cost resulting from any physical injury sustained during the participation in any activities in AGP. This Rules and Regulations is created in English and subject to Hong Kong law, and the content is subject to change. Translated versions in other languages are for reference only. In case of dispute, the decision of AGP remains final.
