GLOBAL REGIONALS

Solo Division

​

• Classical variation is mandatory, Contemporary dance is optional.

• Candidates take master classes and present variations at the venue.

• Prizes and selected candidates to the AGP Finals will be announced on the same day of the performance.

 

Duo/Trio, Group Division (Regional competition only)

​

• Duo/Trio - 2-3 candidates

• Group - 4-20 candidates

• NO mandatory master classes for Duo/Trio and Group Division candidates, performance recording only.

• Results will be announced on the same day of the performance.

AGP Global Regionals Registration

​​

• Registration period:  1-7 April, 2023 (Hong Kong time)

• Global Regional registration fee:  

  • Solo - HK$2,000 per candidate (Classical solo only)

  • Solo - HK$3,000 per candidate (with Contemporary solo)

  • Duo/Trio, Group - HK$2,000 per group

• Candidates must complete the online AGP Global Regional Registration Form, and settle the required fee by PayPal or credit card on or before the listed due date.

• Acceptance is on a first-come-first-serve basis. 

• Registration closes once the division quota is full. 

 

AGP Global Regionals Prizes & Scholarships

• AGP Global Regionals Prize

  • Gold Medal, Silver Medal, Bronze Medal, Merit Prize, Encouragement Prize
    (Based on individual achievement)

  • Physical medals and certificates will be presented on stage.

• AGP Global Regionals Scholarships – Some scholarships may be presented to the candidates who show potential in ballet.

Procedure of Competition

 

AGP Global Regional Competitions (AGP Global Regionals) are PHYSICALLY held in different cities globally. Selected candidates from the AGP Global Regionals are invited to join the AGP Finals Competition (AGP Finals).
