Founded in 2012, the Asian Grand Prix (AGP) Ballet Intensive Program (BIP) offers aspiring dancers a supplementary week of rigorous training alongside the AGP's ballet competition. This immersive program features daily classical ballet, repertoire, contemporary ballet, character dance, and body conditioning. The BIP culminates in a performance and has awarded hundreds of scholarships to talented dancers for further training worldwide. Welcoming participants from all regions, the BIP serves as a crucial step towards professional ballet careers.
The AGP Ballet Intensive Program will expand to multiple cities in 2025, increasing accessibility for talented young ballet students aged 9 to 21. This program welcomes scholarship recipients from AGP competitions, including Asian Ballet Competitions (ABC) and AGP Regional Competitions, as well as students who have not previously participated in AGP events. Participants can select the most suitable city to attend, and AGP aims to provide all participants with an exceptional week of training during our hosted programs.
